I have written this article way back 2009 and it reminds me to be grateful in life’s best perks. I would like to share it with you guys and hopefully it will give you the positivism that it contained. :)

Sitting in a four-corner subjugating cube is so liberating. Empty thoughts express full meaning. The idea of how to overcome such feeling and turn it into something productive is delusional but challenging. Mind boggling events suddenly turn into life’s greatest blessings. To have come from a proletariat clan is not an excuse to be so feeble to not enjoy life’s best perks. Nor it is the reason to blame somebody of what had happened to ourselves and to the people dearest to us. Questioning the turn of events will surely not alleviate our feeling of anxiety and hopelessness. Nor it will bring us to the pinnacle of our dreams. Obstacles are not placed on our way only to hinder us at no cost. They are not directed to us only to feel weak and helpless. They are life’s precious gifts that can only be seen by those who have the courage to open and embrace it. Gotten from the hospital and underwent a major successful operation is a grace from God to have known a supportive family that stands still in the midst of misfortunes. Having a family member recovering from an accident that caused by an apathetic fellowmen is not a mishap. Count your blessings over misfortunes. Know that the best is yet to come…that you have a BIG GOD… Go on… move on… keep smiling… keep shining… Experience life’s amazing grace… It is indeed a BLAST…

What really “Love of Money” mean? Does it mean leaving your family in exchange for working abroad? Does it mean working hard day and night for a desire to compensate big? Does it mean to find extra job or business for a longing of getting oneself finance the dreams that will not be realize with a single source of income?

I don’t think so… neither of these reasons explain the real meaning of what “love of money” is all about that most of us coined to tag the persons doing such.

That’s all because of our desires to provide the best for our family. Whether you are an OFW leaving your family to dig gold abroad or an employee who works day and night for a bigger income or someone who finds an extra job to finance your dreams, you’re not loving the money…all you love is your family…the people that matters most to you… you love to give them the best of everything…

Don’t let all the hard works in vain… Be guided… become financially literate… increase your financial IQ… Don’t just work hard for the money(because it is not possible for the rest of our life), but also let money to work for you…in this way you’ll have all the time in the world to spend for your family…

As I saw this from one of the gossip sites, its spread through the social networking sites, and liked by some of my friends, I was bugged and led myself to google and here’s what i found.

Charlie St. Cloud is an upcoming fantasy-romance film based on the 2004 Ben Sherwood novel,The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud. The film is directed by Burr Steers and stars Zac Efron. The story is of Charlie St. Cloud’s choice between keeping a promise he made to his brother, who died in a car accident, or going after the girl he loves. (from Wikipedia)

This must have been on the list of those film-passionate-people especially the fans of Zac Efron. Let us see how this film is going to move us.

I attended an ex-officemate wedding last Saturday, July 24th. I supposedly borrow my sister’s blouse but she didn’t heed my appeal. In despair, I woke up early morn and went to the store and bought the same blouse my sister had. That explains why we had the same outfit in these photos. On the lighter note, we took these photos out of boredom in our crib… the best thing we ever did to end the day. I so ♥ it…

Husband together with his wife talked to the Financial Adviser after a financial literacy program quoting the adviser said that most of the beautiful things are classified as liabilities.

Husband: Sir, look at my wife(presenting his wife), very beautiful, she is an asset.
Financial Adviser: Okay, let us do a check up. First, If your wife is working and generates income for the family then she is an asset. Second, If your wife is not working and stays at home but she knows how to manage your finances then she is an asset. Third, If your wife is not working but always taking money out of your pocket like shopping, salon, spa then she is a liability. Now, which category does your wife belong?
